I would like to put money into an investment or savings account to help my American grandson through college, he's now 4 and I'd like to put something aside on birthdays and Christmas. I've been informed that I can't buy Premium Bonds for him as he is an American citizen...he has dual nationality.
Any advice or tips please.

I think that it is the fact that he lives in the USA which has strict gambling and lottery laws which PSBs may get caught up in.
