Did anyone else notice, or am I going mad, both Jai and Rishi calling Kerry 'Alesha' or something similar in Emmerdale? Once in the pub (Rishi) when she was in the wheelchair and once in the factory (Jai) when they were about to do the ballot.

didn't hear that kathy but the kerry story is pure pantomime who the hecks writing this *** for her ?
The script writers ar putting Kerry in such ludicrous unbelievable situations that I would be glad to see her go,
^are^
Just watched it on catch up and yes, you're right Jai said "Alesha might come to her senses and drop the case"
There was a dark-haired character (partner of David) until about a year or so ago called Alicia, but always pronounced Aleesha. Maybe they just got confused, and when they got to the edit it was too late to do anything about it. They must have to shoot at an incredibly fast rate to broadcast six episodes every week.
A lot of this rubbish is written by Tim Dynevor whi is the husband of Sally in Corrie.Speaks for itself I'd say.Chris Bissom a definite nominee for worst actor in a T.V. soap award.
Never noticed that but agree that Kerry's storylines are ridiculous lately.
Grumpy, I'd nominate Micah Balfour, who plays Belle's ex-doctor boyfriend Jermaine as THE worst actor I've seen in a soap. It's a duff, unbelievable storyline, too
Most of the story lines in Emmerdale are duff, but we still watch. Presumably hoping that one day things will improve. But don't hold your breath.

My own favourite for the chop is Zak, what on earth does he contribute to the show? No doubt he and Joanie won't be emigrating to Leeds any time soon.
