I'm not really sure how I feel about this.

Firstly, I wonder how her biological father must feel, and when she gets older, will she look back in embarrassment, and blame her mother for allowing it to happen, especially if it dosent last?

And if she dosent take that ring off, she going to have one sore finger when she's about 18yrs old :-)

I know I will get slated for this, but to me its a bit OTT,

Not at all. Ithought it was really thoughtful of him to include her and make her feel wanted too. Of course the ring wont fit her when she is 18, you cant expect it to.
Same...I think it's a sweet gesture.
It was all organised and as she has her natural father in her life I'm sure he was consulted too - it made her part of the whole ceremony and was a nice touch.

Jewellery can be altered or adapted.
A really nice gesture I thought.
nice gesture.....note he’s not adopting her or asking her to be his daughter. Its also not the first time I have heard of similar things done to involve children in a second marruage
Only one bucket?

Completely OTT.
Child for life? Is that like a bag for life?
Absolutely beautiful and someone who obviously wants the child to be included
He is like so many people these days, they can't do anything without publicity. The best way to show she will be special and part of the family is with love, something that doesn't require any publicity.
It appears to have been the owner of the venue that released the video not the groom or bride.

Why do people have to be so jaded - it was a lovely gesture.
Quite sweet, but I hope the real Dad didn't mind.
