you can get the same at argos for about £12 and its unlocked so you can buy any sim card for it i would go with "three" payg 3p per min 2p per text
if you go to a three store get the sim with a £10 top up and away you go

pick up sim in supermarket ...! mt TESCO has a range of them..or go to a phone shop...they are usually free on the condition you buy a £10 top up !

The one in the link you put will have a sim - you do need to go into select plan and then click on O2 - it's available on several networks.
