Just seen a tv ad for a pizza delivery company which says 'if you don't like our pizza we'll deliver you another one for free' Do I need to find out how many pizzas I can fit in my house?

I can't imagine anyone not liking a delivered pizza - food of the gods as far as I'm concerned ...

If it's Papa John's Pizza, you've slightly misquoted their guarantee.

"If you don’t love your pizza, let us know and we’ll deliver you another one absolutely free"

So you could reorder to see if the replacement was good/better and then if rubbish I presume you would ask for a refund.
