I've just found a sack full of the above dumped near to my allotment. I do hope the person who was supposed to deliver them gets fired and their wages docked!

never ceases to amaze me why people go to the trouble to dump things when they can get them removed from their address for free

Some charity collectors have small lorries with an open top arrangement, I've seen bags fall off them, so that might have happened here.

No Vulcan. They were chucked over a wall. There's over 1,000 of them. They should have been put through letterboxes.
Keep them melv, you won't need to buy any kitchen bin liners for a while ;)

Sheffield forum it is, scorp :-)
In the mid 1950s I had a summer holiday job delivering Vernons Football Pools coupons round the streets in Leicester. I was about 15. We were supposed to deliver one per house, but after a couple of weeks doing it, we all started to deliver several to each house. I've always remembered it and felt guilty!!!
Send us a link melv!
I use them as bin liners. They are fine as long as you don't put anything dripping wet in them.

Guess what's been pushed through my letterbox today?
