What happens if 3 statements which are the 2 witnesses and victim made against 1 person which is defendant but the 2 witnesses statements and victim statement do not match? Also no evidence to say defendant did it only the injury and 3 complaints?

Sorry will win the case
errrm, there is a trial?
If this goes to trial ,all the witnesses / complainants , the victim and the defendant will be called into court and cross examined by the defence and the prosecution solicitors under oath. They will have to account for why their stories are different.
The injury IS evidence . There will be a doctor's report on the injury and the possible ways it could have been caused. The 3 complainants will, as I said all be called into court and cross examined under oath.
You have already had much advice on here. I assume this is the same case you asked about in your last question?

If so, it may well get thrown out of court.
But as many advised earlier, none of us can possibly know the full details or the likelihood of the case collapsing because we aren't in full possession of all the details.

Thank you jack the hat and eddie, it's a matta of waiting but my bfs solicitor is very confident he will win the case
I've yet to see the day a solicitor says '' You have very little chance of winning'' Remember if a solicitor does not tell a client he / she has a good chance of winning they would never get any cases, and therefore not earn a living! Money talks especially in the legal world!

Hi I know it's been a while just an update witnesses are ready for court but still there statements do not match, the cps have not released the evidence it has taken them since august, but this evidence is my boyfriend clothes with blood on which I believe is his own blood where he was tried with a metal bar that the cps have a photo of, also police statements do not match and the key witness is in prison for assaulting a women he is in the same prison as my boyfreind, suspicions are being raised now because that witness has told an inmate to Tell my boyfriend if my boyfreind gives that witness £400 he will drop the charges why would he blackmail my boyfreind it just proves that witness has assaulted the women that my boyfreind was supposed to have assaulted, the witnesses also said there was no arguments but the neighbour heard the arguments is this beginning to prove they are covering for the witness who is in prison?
