Can I Fry Frozen Vegetable Stir Fry Straight From The Freezer?

I thought I'd put it in the fridge; it must have leapt in the freezer on its own when I wasn't looking! Will it go all soggy if I cook it from frozen? Thank you for your help - I hope.

Yes. You can buy frozen stir fry veg which is designed to be stir fried straight from the freezer
They sell frozen stir fry at the supermarket, so yes.

Thank you all. I didn't know you could buy it frozen. I might give that a try.

OK so I'll stick it in the hot oil and see how we go. Thanks again.
Stick it in a wok with some toasted sesame oil and some oyster sauce mixed with a tea spoon of boiling water and a dash of soy sauce.

Hmmm. It was a bit slimey. Perhaps they blanche it before they freeze it when it's done commercially.
