So I use an iPad alot, however I'm not sure how to convert an app into iCloud storage so it takes less GB on my iPad.. The app I am looking to move to iCloud is musical.ly... any tech guru's know how to do this?

As far as I am aware you can't, you might be able to set an app to store its stuff (music or whatever) in the cloud but not the app itself. If you delete an app from the ipad it is always in cloud ready to be downloaded again but since apps in general don't take up that much space you won't be saving much.
