Someone I know has recently lost their son, they are both over 65. I know certain people can have help when paying for a funeral. I just wondered if anyone know if they can also claim as they are only on a pension. Just trying to find out some information for them as don't want them worrying about this with everything going on. Thank you

There is the alternative of a Direct Cremation which is much cheaper but not for everyone. Their local funeral directors can give them details.
