Googling "dorchester bus" finds a number of images of double deck buses in Dorchester. Some may be a few years old but nowhere near 30!

Loads in the Norwich area, nearly all the p and r buses are double deckers.

Lots here in South West. I always get stuck behind them trundling along the country roads taking up all the space, with about 2 people on.

Jonathan-joe I wasn't counting the open-top and coastline as they are specific summer tourist buses not regular service. I'm in Dorchester every weekend and all the buses are single deckers. That's what made me ask the question. Wasn't there 30 years ago.

My sister drives one in central London. And I was born on one. This is not as exciting as it sounds. My father had converted one into a home.

London's still full of them. The "new Routemasters" have of course had to be redesigned but there are lots of them around.

Once a week a double-decker winds its way around hairpin bends on a single-track road to our village. A few hours later it retraces the route. Without it we'd be sunk - but it is an extra-ordinary sight!

As Grasscarp says, loads in London!! We've had long bendy buses and now we have 3 door double deckers!!

Never seen anyone give birth on one though.

The X51 Jurassic Coaster service (from Dorchester) operates all the year round, as does the X53 (from Weymouth), together with services X52 and X54. The majority of the buses used on those routes are double-deckers:
