I'm thawing out some precooked clams for tomorrows dinner and wondering about the best way to prepare them, as I'd like them hot but not like rubber bands, like some seafood ends up.
I only have the facility to shallow fry and like to keep things simple.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated...Tia Chip

if they are the ones that come frozen sealed in a pack with their juices,, I just toss them in the pan straight from the packet, add nothing and warm through very gently. Delicious.

Thanks Woof, that sounds like the ones I have.
I'm warming them through now, in the vacuum pack in a pan of water.
I think they'l go well with the garlic bread.
oh they do!
