I've been asked to set up the billiard balls on a table - now not only can I not locate the triangle thingie to set them in plus, I assume there is a certain configuration anyway for the different colours - I don't know this. Please can anyone help me - thank you.

OG doesn't pool have half coloured balls? (what do I know!)
douglas 9401 - will file that for future use :-)
It was the mention of an orange ball that made me wonder. Maybe you have a mixed set of random balls.

OG - possibly - this had crossed my mind--thank you
there are only 3 balls, the red goes on the spot the other 2 are played from hand.
Snooker balls- right hand spot on balk line -yellow, middle spot on balk line brown, left hand spot on balk line -green. middle spot blue, next spot down -pink and black on last spot.Triangle of reds set up between black and pink
If they are pool balls then they are just placed in triangle.

Actual billiards or pool? I know some people refer to pool as billiards...
