In a TV crime drama, e.g. Lewis series 8, if I wanted to know the title etc of a small piece of pop/rock music, supposedly not written by the series composer, how would I go about finding more about the music used - unless any ABer knew the music themselves? Ta Muchly.

If you can name the episode and the time the music is played you'll be providing ideal entertainment for a wet Saturday afternoon for a lot of us.

We love 'name that tune'. :D

Bit late for the afternoon, but here goes anyway.
In Lewis series 8, episode The Lions of Nemea, one of the characters, Chloe, is about to be interviewed by DI Hathaway at the club where she works, but just before he arrives, there is a piece of pop/rock music playing in the 'middle distance' then Hathaway arrives and asks for it to be turned down.
What was that music?...it wasn't too far into the episode, maybe 15-20 mins or so.
Very Grateful Indeed for any anticipated help.

I'm sorry HC, I forgot to say Many Thanks for your answer - I hope my reply brightened up your day anyway and any other ABers.
Woodelf, I managed to find the episode on YouTube but I didn't hear the sort of music you describe. It is a very shoddy copy, though
