I need some specific leggings (costume for a play) and they have them at Store 21.

I have just tried to get a look to order three pairs of them and the site just takes me back to the home page.

Either they don't want online business any more or there is a glitch in the system.

Either way it is annoying.

Good job I'm going into Havant this afternoon. I can go into the shop.... If it's still open. The one in Waterlooville closed down a month ago

ive never even heard of that shop. Have you tried amazon - they have loads of leggings?

They used to be Quality Seconds then changed to QS then eventually Store 21. I think they went into administration a short while back and the unprofitable ones closed.

If I don't get into Havant this afternoon I will have a look at Amazon but just thought it would be better to get the same ones for the three cast members that have to wear them.
i used to love that shop when i was younger. I was in Havant 3 weeks ago, but don't remember seeing it

It's in the Meridian Centre. As you go in the main door (by the pelican crossing) it is the big shop that takes up the right quarter of the building.

It was open the last time I went down there but TBH that was a few months ago. The one in Fareham is still open as well. I hinkuing they just got rid of the smaller non profitable ones.
I quite like Store Twenty One myself. (It's a good place for cheap men's casual shirts). However I can never see how they make any money as there never seem to be many customers in their stores and the nearest one to me is in a very quiet location, in a village which forms a suburb of Stowmarket.

Your reference to buying leggings for a play reminds me of shopping in a store in Sheffield with our school's head of drama. (We were putting on a production of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight). Two men looking at women's tights was enough on its own to get us a few odd looks but they got even odder still when my colleague held up a packet of tights and bellowed across the store to me: "Chris, do you think that these will fit a fourteen-year-old lad?"

;-)
Try using a different browser. I tried to order some shoes from Rieker a few weeks ago via Firefox; the order just wouldn't go through with a page hanging. Having tried many times over several days I eventually tried again using either Opera or Chrome (I forget which) and the order went through with no problem. Some websites just don't like some browsers, so try a different one.
I agree with bhg some browsers are a bit picky with some sites - make sure your browser is up to date first.

Chris, that reminds me of the Father Ted Christmas special. A dozen Irish priests lost in the knicker and bra section of the department store lol

I've never seen any of them busy. Not even the one in Havant today which is quite big had many customers. Mind you there was so little stock we could have staged strictly there. (I did buy 3 tops but don't tell anyone lol)

Unfortunately the only pair of the right leggings they had left was on the plastic model so I will give the web site another try. Maybe it will work this time.

Buenchico surely you aren't eligible to buy cheap mens' casual shirts - a man of you're calibre would go for men's cheap casual shirts! :-))
RSVP:
Correct. It's only the women in my life who've been 'cheap'

An award - for me??? - how kind. :-)

Well I figured out what was wrong with the store 21 web site.

The item I was trying to order was out of stock so rather than NOT list it and say 'out of stock' they show it as an item available then when you try to order it simply take you back to the home page..... No wonder they are going down the pan.
