Samsung Galaxy Y, Call Blocking

I can't find how to block calls on phone, I don't think I can on the galaxy young, so was thinking of getting another Samsung phone, but there's so many different models and after searching a well known auction site, some say they have call blocking/reject list. And some say they don't.

Just been to car phone w and chap said, No Samsung phone comes with a call blocker as they are all android and I would have to download a blocking app.

I don't use my phone for the net, just to make calls .

Samsung Galaxy users out there, give me your wisdom, which phones do or don't have a call blocking feature, is the car phone w chap correct or are all the videos on line showing the s4 and the sj5 phones, with the call block incorrect.

Unfortunately the first answer does not work, there is no function on the galaxy young, to do this.

But thanks anyway for the reply.
