my soles turn cold at bed time. am not diabetic. and quite fit otherwise. what could be the reason for this. and how to avoid them turning cold without medications.

I hate wearing socks in bed but they certainly make a difference.

Are you taking beta-blockers for any reason?
They could well be a cause of your problem, if not, then in the absence of any other symptoms, then i cannot help.
