If it's facebook, you need to click on, "view activity log".
Click on your name to view your wall.
Where your cover photo appears at the top of your wall (not your profile picture), in the bottom right hand corner, you'll see, "update info" and "view activity log".
If you click on, "view activity log", it'll show you every activity you've done, including liked posts, comments, photo uploads, etc.
