Re-Invigorating Roast Pork

Had some of the family over yesterday for roast. After a heavy session on the G&T, i forgot to cover the left over pork with cling film so it's gone a bit dry in the fridge....completely edible but dry.

Any way of returning it back to a decent texture?

Slice and reheat in gravy?
As Jo says, it needs a drink too - gravy it is.
I'd chop it up and put it in a curry or a chow mein
Serve it with a white cider sauce with chopped apples and onions through it.
