Good Morning XSTITCHER AND OG well no guessing usual stay the same probably for a few weeks .Calmed down on the icecreams .
Well, better than going up.
If it's become the norm is it worth looking at what you're having and whether it's changed from when you were making progress ? See if there's any simple changes you can make to get things moving again ?
Yes you are right there OG but if I would stick to my healthy eating this would not happen . I find it easier to lose and maintain my weight in the cooler weather .Especially the winter months .
Not posted on any of these threads before do not really sure what the form is.
I've lost 4 and a half stone in 18 months. I've always eaten healthily but snacked poorly in the past. I cut out crisps, cheese, biscuits and chips and stuck to mackerel and rice most lunchtimes, chickpea salads and (in moderation) pasta.
Combined with cycling lots more it's done the trick. I've plateaued(and slipped a little!) of late so will now make a concerted effort in order to lose another stone.
Cycling will ease off a little in the winter so I'll start my swimming regime again through the winter.

Not sure there is a form. Folk who wish to use the thread tend to weigh in on Wednesday to either boast or look for support depending on what happened over the week. The rest is diet/food/nutrition related chit chat and tips etc..

A story to tell of what's happened so far, and aims for the future, is fine. Welcome aboard.

I'm the same but I say that with relief after a week of healthy eating flying out the window. I'm back on track and feeling more gun Ho so maybe it's not such a bad thing of falling off the wagon. It was the heat that got to me so was making easy meals.
Can't see a January edition and this is the last one I posted on.
Feeling smug as I broke the 18 stone barrier today, three quarters of a pound under so celebrated with a bike ride in sub zero temps! Get me.....!
