It would seem that charity can begin at home, but I would also like to see some of this money syphoned off to the NHS.

Since many foreigners use our NHS, it could still be classed as "FOREIGN AID".

A Priti good move.As the article states,perhaps only one cheer at the moment but it's a start.

There can be no compromise on safety and as much money as possible needs to be ploughed into keeping us all safe.There has been no doubt that the very issues we are trying to prevent has been undermined by providing international aid that has been abused.
If charity really began at home or near to home, people would post their money through to the neighbour's postbox. But it doesn't. There are a whole lot of people for us to support.

Years ago I'm told you wouldn't even have had to post it as you could go out leaving your front door open/unlocked (and leave a nice gift).
