When they're done, we will be having roast potatoes, parsnip puree, carrots and fresh corn cobs.

Afters, for those who want it, is a home made apple crumble with either ice cream or custard.

All washed down with a Pinot Noir.

I can imagine the aroma of it wafting about as it cooks away. You'd not have a bit of crumbly cheese I could have with the apple pie instead of the custard or ice cream?

I had a pork steak cooked in cider, with a jacket potato with cheese and mushrooms in.
I'll bring anything you like for a share of that Sharon.
A motorway service station bacon barm as an early lunch will be followed later by cheese and tomato on toast...nothing wrong with cheese and tomato on toast but I could really do with a proper dinner.

Phew am I full!!!! I enjoyed my lunch and some of yours don't sound too bad either.
