Photoshop

I regularly use Adobe Photoshop and normally when I click File / Browse it fills the whole screen, we have just had a short power cut and now when I click browse it is coming in the top right hand corner, please help I do not like it like this. I use Windows 8.5

Can you not just drag the window down to the centre of the screen and then resize it by grabbing the bottom corner of the window using the mouse cursor to your preferred size by click and grab method?
