I've just watched this weeks 'episode' and the whole format has changed. There are some new doctors - I only recognised one from the previous format; the name of the surgery seems to have changed and they have introduced comments from the patients after they have had their treatments. Seems strange to alter a successful formula. There were no comments from the receptionists, in fact just about the only thing unchanged seemed to be
Paa!

Yes helly, I thought the same. Maybe they were needing to pad it out a bit, that was episode 44 out of 50. I did like the older female GP though and my favourite, Dr Chris Pearce, was still in it. He's obviously really interested in his patients, does home visits and specialises in care for the elderly. I seem to be heading that way fast, I'll have to move to his area :)
I think it was a special, showing elderly patients who had been on before. I didn't see any doctors who haven't been on before and it was the Balham practice. Don't know why they showed a flash of a different one
