How Do You Lower The Brightness Of A Computer Screen?

There's a button on the side, 'menu', when pressed brings up a panel and there is an option, 'luminescence'.

On my keyboard it's F2 to lower and F3 for brighter.

That doesn't work for this screen.

Have you clicked on luminescence?

The pointer won't travel onto the panel where luminescence is.

It's highlighted by pressing menu button

If you highlight 'Luminescence' and click on it, you should then get 'brightness' or 'contrast'

Are there any buttons on the monitor itself?

I didn't get back before now because I had to search for my magnifying glass in order to read the number.
