I have the above ice-free fridge/freezer which has started to form ice in the bottom. From here, the ice pushes out past the door seal where it then melts leaving a puddle on my kitchen floor. I can't find where the drain tray is where the water collects before it evaporates. I'm sure there must be one which is probably blocked forcing the water into the freezer compartment. If I can find this access I'm sure my problem will be solved. Can anyone help me locate it please?

At a guess, ice has probably formed inside the evaporation slots (at the bottom of the freezer section), forcing you into a vicious circle whereby more ice is formed precisely because those slots are now blocked. Only a complete defrost is likely to fix the problem. (Have you got a friend or neighbour with spare space in their fridge-freezer, which you can use for a day or so?)
