I need some advice please - three weeks ago I bought a new vacuum on ebay from a trader - the transaction was fine and it arrived on time - it didn't seem to be as easy to use as I imagined but I thought it was just because I wasn't using it correctly and I need to get used to it - there is a dial on the front for different hardfloor and different carpet heights - this doesn't seem to make any difference wherever the dial is positioned. Do I go back to the trader first or to ebay - thank you

Send it back to trader for a refund and buy one in the high street. One that you can look at and try out.

maydup I don't see how I can just send it back - surely I have to contact either the trader directly or ebay resolution centre - this is what I'm not sure of
I think you have to take it up with the trader first then eBay if you can'y come to an agreement rsvp.
