Can Anyone Recommend A Nice Sparkling Cider?

Try Ryedale Vineyards. They make beautiful English sparkling wine and started with 'Tyson's Tipple' a couple of years ago. Not cheap - but excellent wine and cider.

If I'm honest, I can't remember the last time I drank cider! Thought it would make a change from the fruit juice/lemonade mix I've been drinking.

Westons, Thatchers or Dunkertons. All proper appley tasting ciders IMO.
As for Strongbow, Magners, Bulmers etc: yeuch.

They do apple and other fruit ones but I like the wild berries or pear.

My dad buys proper cider from a local cider farm. It's quite gross, IMHO. But he likes it.
