The BBC link for the Surrey shooting is 2 hours old. The Mail one is more up to date and maybe they went looking for a possible link to Islam/refugees/no-whites.
It seems odd that this closer to home story involving a sex party, people wearing African dress and a killing in leafy Surrey is not featuring much on the news whereas the US one is.
Why would the BBC hide details of the African dress?

Yes the party goers shown look to be black. Quite a few youngsters are in this area. Tragic.
The shots were fired from car that pulled up. I have seen no information on who the killers were

In the past, I would have joined in a discussion about an incident of this sort, but now I am thinking....why bother ?

If 1000's of unnecessary deaths a year doesn't bother Americans, why should it bother me ?

After Dunblane, we got our act together and passed legislation that made such incidents of this sort, much, much less likely to occur in Britain, and not before time.

If Americans were really keen on preventing incidents like this, they would have done something about it by now, and they haven't.
