HI
I have had 2 mobile homes on a site for 12 years
I had to move one recently after a gas safety check as the homes were back to back
I applied for a certificate of lawfulness but despite the council agreeing they had been present for 12 years they say because I moved one it is now illegal again and I can only have the certificate for one
IS that correct are there any cases that dispute it

Moving the home means it has to be re registered for a Certificate the same as if it was new. It is correct, you just have to go along with it and get the home re certificated .
The piping have been disconnected, it has now to be re-connected by a Corgi Fitter who will issue a new Cert.
