Can anyone trace a song my parents used to sing which started "Why did you call me 'wonderful one', when you knew that your love wasn't true". None of the song tracing websites has been successful.

Thanks Old_Geezer and fiction-factory. I've now heard the song and all the words. Although it came out in the '20s my parents were still singing it (to themselves) long after I was born in 1930. I just hope that it didn't have any specific relevance! Thanks again. gharbijihn
