Got B To His Appointment

on time, great, casts were off in about 10 minutes, had a chat with the Physios who are not too bothered for a couple of days but have come up with some useful literature to get US started, he'll love it.
Just made it down to Brighton in time, he really loves me putting my foot down in his motor, for lunch, can't remember what the place was called but it was nice. Needn't have bothered with two shoes though, he had to 'hop it' (fat foot syndrome) in one, hand was ok though. Got home late afternoon, neighbour been Roger sitting, so no worries there.
Lots of moans, groans and itches tonight but we'll cope, well I will anyway.
