Surely invoking Article 50 will have to be debated in Parliament where the majority of MPs are Remainers. As has been pointed out previously, the result of the Referendum was not binding.

Would they dare NOT to invoke it?

Just seen from the Beeb, Hillary Benn's been sacked from the Shadow Cabinet http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-36632539
Gromit - “... This will have to go to parliament, where remainers are in the majority. They were democratically elected and therefore if they voted to ignore the referendum or delay implementing it, that would not be undemocratic...”

Wow. Just wow.

You truly are pathologically undemocratic aren't you? You think that it is legitimate to ignore the majority of the people.

You, and people who think like you are the very reason we voted out.

You embrace the undemocratic. You wilfully embrace totalitarianism. You are happy to throw away your liberty and freedom.

Do us all a favour and crawl back under the rock from whence you came.
You couldn't make it up. Corbyn sacks Benn? What a funny way to commit suicide.

Maybe the question was too complicate for you, as no one has answered the question. I'll ask again, in more simplified language.

Do you think MPs will rubber stamp leaving the EU when they vote on it?
In simple language for you, Gromit, YES!
Question Author
Thank you Jackdaw.
Has it been established that Parliament HAS to give a decision on the outcome?
No, it's just the fevered imagination of the losing side.
Gromit - “Maybe the question was too complicate for you, as no one has answered the question. I'll ask again, in more simplified language. Do you think MPs will rubber stamp leaving the EU when they vote on it?”

I answered that question. I shall answer it again:
Yes. Yes they will. For if they do not, the backlash they will receive will be unprecedented in modern times. And they know it.

if the Parliamentary Labour Party ditch Corbyn, there will be another leadership contest, and Corbyn will win again.

The pity is, these idiots have more pressing matters they should be dealing with, but they are too self centred to comprehend that.

Thank you Birdie
Now you're being silly.
Bye bye, Dave. Bye bye Jezza. Good night children, everywhere.
they will have to override their own views. The PM said he will implement the peoples choice. Presumably they'll whip as necessary. Welching on this will be a disaster for any MP.
"The decision must be accepted…"
