I have a handwritten note and Autograph of HM Queen Mary of Teck (GeorgeV's wife) on a photographed postcard of Queen Mary.
It was given to a relative of mine who was in the Army during the WW11, so I'm pretty sure of its provenance. How do I find out how much its worth.

Ah, Queen Mary. What memories. I was four years old when she died. She was a bit of a kleptomaniac on the sly. People used to hide away their ornaments when she came to visit. If she saw something she liked she would keep on praising it until her hosts felt obliged to present it to her.

If you're considering offering it online, I recommend using Delcampe (rather than eBay) for such a specialist item:

I must be sitting on a fortune.A good few years back I and two colleagues escorted the late Princess of Wales to open a new Unigate dairy bottling plant at Wood lane opposite the old BBC studios. She was presented with three boxed commemoration mugs with her name and date to mark the opening. The other two were for Wills and Harry. I wont say what she said when she offered them to us back at Kensington Palace bit 'bin' was one word. :-) . How much I wonder would my Gold plated Watermans pen, propelling pencil and biro in a maroon velvet box wiith the monika of the late King Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan or the Calcutta silk tie given to me by Indira Ghandi? You will note these people died shortly after presenting their gifts to me! Kiss of death from me perhaps! Still I hope Bob Hawke of Oz is sttill going strong. His Oz boxed coin set is very much appreciated.

Thanks guys, lol, was hoping I was sitting on a fortune retro cop!! My plans for the super yacht and fleet of luxury cars will have to go on the back burner! Probably not such a bad thing, nowhere to park them on our little terraced street!
I will check out those links, and thanks for the tip about Delcampe, benchico.
