Hello everyone

I'm feeding 15 people on Sunday - chilli, pizza, rice, wedges, quiche, salad, garlic bread, potato salad, coleslaw. I'm making it all myself tomorrow but I'm not sure of how much to allow per person. Is there a formula I can follow to decide how much of everything to do?

Cheers.

You have my admiration if you're making your own coleslaw!

My usual calculation is - whatever I would eat plus another 2 helpings of everything; then I add a bit. Never knowingly undercatered! You'll be able to eat up any left-overs over the next day or two.
^^^ Sorry, whatever I would eat multiplied by number of guests. If children are involved then I don't add the extra bit.
I often make my own coleslaw, much better than shop bought!
Surely coleslaw to satisfy 15 is easy. It's just an empty bowl !

Not checked Mamy's link but I'd add a few more portions to whatever it comes up with as it is better to have more than necessary than have unsatisfied diners.
