I have an Alcatel mobile phone which accidentally got turned off. When I turned it back on I got a message saying Calibration wizard,Click anywhere on screen to start calibration.when i do i get a message saying Use axiliary object (e pencil) to click on the top left point.When I do it changes to bottom right point then centre point.I have been sat doing this for 1 minutes and nothing is happening.Help please

Must surely be a fault then. If taking the battery out and starting again from scratch doesn't help, I'd suggest taking it to the mobile workshop for repair.

Tried taking battery out but no different. May just dump it and buy new one.
