are they worth the hassle ? ive just signed up and do not fully understand yet.

what are the tips and tricks and potential savings based on me spending say £70 per week in tesco.

I use checkout smart and have ''saved' about £50 in a year, not all stores hold the free products,some things are only on offer for a short time, I will try to get freebies ii can but remember you have to pay and then wait for credit back,at least £20 before it's free to check it out. hope that helps
I have the shopitize app. I only use it for things I would ordinarily buy such as milk, bread etc. It takes moments to use and I can withdraw funds to my bank account after I reach a balance of £4. (Don`t use Paypal as there is a charge). I seem to cash out around a fiver every six weeks or so. If you look on mysupermarket.co.uk you can see where the products are selling cheapest to make the most profits. Well worth having in my opinion.
