My partner's car is a 2006 Astra. It usually has an alarm that sounds when you leave the lights on with the key in the ignition, or when someone doesn't have their seatbelt on. Both of these seem to have been disabled and we're not sure how, but he wants to turn it back on as he is worried about leaving his lights on by accident. Does anyone know how to turn it back on? Thanks

Blown fuse maybe ??
The car will probably need to be plugged in and alarm noise reactivated with a Tec 2 ( Vauxhall computer ). Makes me wonder how the alarm noise got deactivated though.
Although the seatbelt alarm noise isn't working is the seatbelt warning light working ?.
