....and I'm in London. It's daughters graduation...the one where she's awarded her PhD...so we'll be at The Royal Albert Hall at 1:30 tomorrow. Can hardly wait.
( I'll be sitting between the ex and the BF...should be interesting).
Have a great day pasta. I sat between my daughter's mother, and her half baked partner, at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall when my girl got her degree.
She is now well on her way to becoming a Consultant GP. If you are like I was, you won't even know they are there. The R.C. Cathedral crypt afterwards was fun though. You tell your girl that we Abers all offer our congratulations.
Does she get her "brains" from you or your ex? (^_*)
Is your " outfit" comfy and cool?
We had an absolutely lovely day. Only "minuses"... We were seated in the 'heavens', so taking pics was difficult, and lil pasta was in the very last group to get award. Ex was quite civil...phew!
But...you also learn something new everyday. For years,I thought her PhD was in chemistry...learned it was materials science about 2 months ago. Today learned her degree was from/within the engineering dept.
Have had way too much booze...sleep beckons.
