Hello!

Last month we got into two subjects near the end, both on the theme of measuring in their own way:

1. O_G had a lot of data which he was able to look back at and find interesting blips. It's really good to be able to see the whole story from time to time. Do any of you track/measure with anything like a fit-bit or other step counter, or exercise measurer?

2. How do you know if you're making progress? For example, that pair of jeans, a tape measure, or even, just what the scales say...

3. And finally, apart from here, where do you look for your external encouragement from?

That should be enough to get us started!

Oh dear. Sorry to hear. Still next week is another time and another opportunity.

Unbelievably the scales are showing a 2.2 lb drop over the last 24 hours ?!?! Resulting in a drop since last Wednesday of 0.6 lbs. (Yes it was a heavy weekend. And I had a light day yesterday, but not that light !)
Oh; for the month so far it's down 2.8 lbs (which can't be bad if it is kept up).
That's really great news OG. I should be saying that too. Can you hear me....I'm the lonely one on the naughty step!
Not many arrived yet. (Not that I'm hoping you'll have company ;-) )

Anyway; what bothers me slightly is the monthly loss so far is almost covered by the mysterious drop over the last day. Not going to look at it too closely in case the drop disappears.

NOT HAPPY, NOT HAPPY AT ALL! I'm up almost two pounds and I was so sure that I'd gone down this week.

I shall plod on hmmm
I expect it's fluid x. Maybe next week eh ?
Not confident on what my reading will be. Shot up recently and was only part way back yesterday.

Morning both coming to join you on the naughty step but I have not been naughty food wise I have actually cut down .maybe not having a proper balance .
Forgot to say up a pound
Turns out I'm 1.8 lbs up over the last week :-(

I was hoping to have lost more over the last 24 hours in order to nullify the rise earlier in the week (had gains Thursday and Sunday for some reason) but I stayed the same.
