Should There Be A Type Of Colour Bar In Athletics?

Both male and female London marathon winners were Kenyan, but nothing unusual in that, since most wining athletic runners seem to be of African decent.
This goes on for me to ask this very controversial question, should there be separate sporting completions for blacks and whites.
Before most of you go off on one, just think about it, we would not think of placing males and females together, athletes with physical disabilities against those with none, and certain drugs to enhance performance are rightly not allowed.
So why are blacks who obviously outshine whites in such physical activities allowed to compete against whites on what should be after all a fair and level playing field.

Oscar Pistorius complained about the length of his Brazilian opponent's running blades in the London Paralympics. There are rules about the length, and his were judged to be legal, but they did look very long to me. Can't remember his name now.

The Bridge Federation of the EU and migrants announced today:
as a result of AOG's barnstorming suggestion we have instituted the following changes with immediate effect. Black cards will be played slowly, in a trick so that the red cards ( hereinafter called white ) can have a better chance. We think court cards since they can be confused with 'caught' and therefore bring attention to the higher arrest rate of black players on the street should be renamed St James's cards. The black cards themselves will be renamed. Clubs which bring ideas of African Sjamboks and other racial images will be called 'bumpies'. Spades will not be called Spades - their names will be changed after full consultation with all 500 m people in the EU
