Outlook Password Change

I have 3 outlook email accounts and want to change the password on all 3 but for whatever reason its proving really difficult as each time i try they ask security questions then say i have to wait 30 days then when the 30 days are up..its just the same, im using windows 7...anyone help? thanks in advance

Cant Log Onto Hotmail, Password Not Accepted.

Are you sure you're putting in the correct passwords? Upper case in the right place etc. Some systems make you wait if you get passwords (or security questions) wrong 3 times in an attemp to stop people (baddies) using a computer to generate passwords to break into your account. The more you keep trying wrong passwords the more it will make you wait.
Is there a means of telling them you've forgotten your password?
