Why should we believe that they were not all at it ? If one is doing so getting figures not normally repeatable on the road isn't there a major incentive for all to follow suit ? Besides I blame the governments for allowing the companies to do their own testing rather than having an official one that needs to be used to assign the results.

Does anyone actually give any credence to manufacturers mpg figures anyway?
