I keep getting up on my computer the following - LoadLibrary (pythondll), I have tried a number of ways to get rid of it but it still keeps coming back onto my screen, could some kind person tell me how to get rid of it please.

pythondll is part of Python and a program is running at start-up and expecting Python to be available so you need to check what programme that is and uninstall it then re install if you actually need it

Are you using the downloaded app for Google Drive?
If so, you might try uninstalling and re-installing it.
