Play Store On Mobile Phone

I had a horse Racing App on a mobile phone which gave fast and up to date horse racing results. The icon for the app was a brown horses head with a green background. When opened the app has a red background titled Horse Racing by FreeBetMarket.com. My wife has this app on her phone.
I deleted the app on my phone by mistake but now i cannot find it anywhere on Play store. If it not available in Play Store anymore why has my wife still got it on her phone. Is it possible to send a playstore app from one phone to another.

Hc4361, you are on the ball! Thank you. That is exactly what i was looking for. It must have been FREE on play store when both my wife and myself got it because we did not pay anything. Do i have to pay now or is it still buried somewhere in Play Store?

It is no longer on the Play Store but you should be able to download it from the Amazon site, where it is still free.

If you don't know how to do this, I'll help you.

You don't need a cable. You can download it over wifi.
