I personally thought the ones you mentioned were rubbish. Not dissing you, just making the point taste is a personal thing and either you like it or you don't. Best to suck it and see with what you can get hold of.

The Shadow Line is a top class series with some tremendous acting from a stellar cast which includes; Christopher Eccleston, Rafe Spall, Stephen Rea and Chiwetel Ejiofor. Written, produced and directed by Hugo Blick it was shown on BBC 2 in 2011. One of the best drama series i have ever seen and certainly up there with Happy Valley.
