If my motherboard packs up wouldl I lose my documents, music library etc ?

I do back these things up regularly, by the way. Just a question.

Losing your motherboard will not affect your stored documents etc on your hard drive - but make sure all your personal stuff is backed up to be safe. Are you experiencing problems that make you think your motherboard is ailing.
