Oh Crumbs

It's it just the loaves that we buy are is the bread nowadays far more full of crumbs .Has something been taken out or added to it .We have to clean the toaster twice a week and we don't eat toast

Could you have squatters hiiding in the attic who do eat toast? What else would explain the crumbs?

Serious though the bread seems to dry out more quickly and become more crumbly
