Occasionally I check my spam folder, recently all the mails are in a foreign language, is there anything I can do.

I get spam e-mails everyday from Light in the .com(sometimes 3 or 4 in a day).Contacted Virgin(my supplier) and was told that there is no way I can stop them.

Just ignore them, they are probably deleted automatically after a few days.

go to language classes? No, your email provider is probably blocking hundreds of spam emails every day, but it can't recognise all of them. Do check your spam folder in case genuine emails have been put there; but otherwise, just delete them or leave them to expire.
