Hi,

I was thinking of getting a sheet of glass cut to fit the tops of my chest of drawers.

On looking for possible prices online I came across the idea of using a clean Acrylic..says its as clear as glass and maybe even a little cheaper.

Can anyone guide me as to what may be the best to use please.

I'd use glass if I were you, cupotee. Acrylic will probably get scratched over time.
I agree with tony - acrylic in such a situation would inevitably get scratched.

Thank you both so much. I hadn't thought of scratches.

Glass it shall be.
You can polish most scratches out of acrylic by using 1500 grit wet paper followed by rubbing with "AutoSol" (or similar) polish.
